Under this scheme, loans are provided at a 90% subsidy for goat farming, enabling farmers to expand their livestock.

- Ownership of Livestock: Applicants must own a sufficient number of livestock, with at least 5-10 goats.
- Local Residency: Exclusively for permanent residents of Bihar. Residency certificate required.
- Economic Status: Special eligibility for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, differently-abled individuals, widows, and poor women.
- Age Limit: Both men and women above 18 years of age are eligible.
